SOFT-LITE GORELL WARRANTIES
(Products sold on or after February 14, 2012)
All Soft-Lite Gorell window and door products are covered by our exceptional Limited Lifetime Warranty, which is considered one of the best in the industry. Optional Lifetime glass breakage coverage is also available for an additional charge. Ask your dealer for details. This coverage gives you additional peace of mind. Should the glass in your windows break for practically any reason, Soft-Lite Gorell will provide you with new glass free of charge. Warranties vary slightly for different products. Please review the actual warranties below for specific details pertaining to each warranty. The actual warranty document governs the coverage provided.

LOCATING YOUR PRODUCT ORDER NUMBER FOR PARTS OR SERVICE
We need the order number from the label of the product to order parts for your Soft-Lite Gorell window or door. This number is always ten digits in length (seven digits a period followed by three digits), and it's the only ten digit number on the label. You can find the label on the inside section of the master frame, at the top.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING GORELL WINDOWS & DOORS, LLC WARRANTIES
(Product sold prior to February 14, 2012)
On February 9, 2012, Gorell Windows & Doors, LLC went into Judicial Receivership in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. On February 14, 2012, Soft-Lite Gorell LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Soft-Lite LLC, announced its intent to purchase certain assets of Gorell Windows & Doors LLC. The Receivership Court approved the sale on March 29, 2012. The Receivership Court Sale Order expressly protected Soft-Lite Gorell LLC from any Gorell Windows & Doors LLC liabilities, including warranty claims. While Soft-Lite Gorell LLC purchased the Gorell name and product styles, it had nothing to do with Gorell Windows & Doors. LLC prior to the sale and never manufactured any faulty Gorell Windows & Doors, LLC products.
For products sold prior to February 14, 2012, there is no warranty. Please contact the dealer you purchased the product from for help. If your dealer is no longer in business or does not support Soft-Lite Gorell LLC, replacement parts may or may not (very few product lines were retained) be available at a cost. If you are interested in receiving a quote for replacement parts, please call 1-330-528-3400 extension 4004. There is a charge of $25 to research the old Gorell Windows & Doors, LLC records to determine the parts needed and the cost of the replacement parts to you. The $25 will be refunded if you purchase the replacement parts.

Can I transfer my Soft-Lite Gorell warranty
Soft-Lite Gorell's warranty can be transferred to a new owner of your home for a modest service fee. This can be a nice benefit to use in selling your home, should you decide to. Details on how to transfer the warranty can be found on the back of your warranty.
