GORELL'S LIFETIME 50/50 WARRANTY

Practically all Gorell window and door products are covered by our exceptional Lifetime Warranty, which is considered one of the best in the industry. It includes lifetime coverage on the vinyl and 50-year glass breakage protection. Should the glass in your windows or doors break for practically any reason (we don’t cover acts of God and also specialty glass items, etc. are not covered), Gorell will provide you with new glass free of charge. LOCATING YOUR PRODUCT ORDER NUMBER FOR PARTS OR SERVICE

Finding your Gorell product order number:
To order parts or have your Gorell window or door serviced, the order number from the label on the product is needed. This number is always either six or eight digits in length, and it’s the only six- or eight-digit number on the label. You can find the label on the inside section of the master frame, at the top. See the video above for location information and to view an actual product number label.

How do I get answers to warranty questions?

Can I order parts not covered by the warranty?
You can order parts for your Gorell windows or doors even if they are not covered by the warranty. You will first need the sales order number from the label on the product. See the Product Order Number section to the left for additional information.

Can I transfer my Gorell warranty
Gorell's warranty can be transferred to a new owner of your home for a modest service fee. This can be a nice benefit to use in selling your home, should you decide to. Details on how to transfer the warranty can be found on the back of your warranty.
